Refund & Cancellation Policy – PoojaKaro

At PoojaKaro, every booking is made with devotion and careful preparation. To keep the process simple and transparent for our devotees, we follow a No Refund, No Cancellation-Charge policy.

Once a Pooja, Havan, or offering is booked, no monetary refund will be issued.

If you’re unable to perform the Pooja on the scheduled date for any reason, we will issue you a PoojaKaro Gift Card of the same booking value.

Gift Card Details

• 🪔 Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• 🌸 Transferable – you can use it yourself or gift it to a loved one.
• 🎉 Redeemable against any PoojaKaro service (Pooja, Havan, Chadhava, Pooja Samagri, etc.).

Sacred rituals require advance arrangements of priests, samagri, temples, and offerings, which cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked.

Our Gift Card option allows you to keep the blessings intact while offering flexibility for future use.
